Windsor Castle

Yesterday after church we took the kids hiking. And while my nature is to blaze through any trail, complete it and check it off the list, my kids and husband are always way more interested in the journey.

At one point I heard Geno tell our son that we had “nothing but time and nowhere to be.”

In that moment my husband gave me permission to take a few deep breaths, lean into God’s marvelous creation and truly be in that moment with my family.

Because seriously – we had nowhere else to be.

What’s more beautiful than being with your family with nothing but time and nowhere else to be?
