When I Choose to MOVE!

So here’s what I’ve finally accepted about myself and movement: if it’s not FUN first, I won’t do it. 

Either that or I’ll dread it until I get it over with, hate it the entire time I’m doing it, or force whatever it is and injure myself because my body’s resisting.

Ya’ll, life is too short. And I’ve made the decision that from here on out, when I choose to MOVE – it’s because it makes my mind and body FEEL GOOD. Not because I ate too many carbs the night before or because the scale is telling me I’m up 10 to 15. 

Whats your favorite way to get your heart rate up??? Tonight I got it pumping with @thefitnessmarshall, laughed at his commentary (as always!) and enjoyed every freaking second!!
